In the reception we had to wait for checking in, as staff were busy attending other guest with issues. Had ordered coffee, which we received on time. We are not given any bill to sign or acknowledge for the coffee that we ordered. While checking out, we were given bill of Rs. 2000 additional to the availed service. It took a while to sort out that records were not maintained properly by hotel staff. Spa was ordered by another guest, who had given room no. Same as ours. Thankfully it turned out to be foreigner and confusion was sorted out. If staff had name and signature of guest as acknowledgment then would have been better. Food served at breakfast, definitely needs improvement in taste. Coffee was too bitter than expectation so, don't bother to place order for lunch or dinner.
