  • Pathetic hotel. It was a night....

    The hotel looks like a refurbished hotel doesn't match 4 star hotel standards. The location is close to some famous tourist spots but the surrounding area around hotel is shabby. Hotel lifts don't work properly. First night stay there was so much noise in the entire hotel but they couldn't handle guests after repeated complaints. Door locks were not working. Didn't check room before. Paid for extra bed and they made the bed on the floor. Pathetic hotel. Its standards are worse than 3 star hotels.

    Rooms are very small in size. Food quality is pathetic. Very little variety in morning buffet ... And that too pathetic. Just a single day stsy kind of hotel. Nothing for family

    Awesome stay at Golden tulip. Staff was too much supportive, hotel was completely clean. Food they served in breakfast and lunch was awesome. Hotel is in the town, very near from all the main locations, pichola and fatehsagar. Decorated the room on a short note, and it was too much value for money.

    Overall experience was quite good. The hotel location is close to main market of hatti pol, staff was very courteous. The breakfast quality was amazing and had lot of variety of food was available. Nice exp.

    First day evening we asked to change our used coffee mugs as old ones we had already used. Room service refused to change the cups and told us that entire set will be changed and charged for. Though after some arguments they replaced it. Next day a request for one single tea bag was turned down and was not provided. Shoe shine was asked for. Newspaper is on demand. These small things should have come without asking. Doesn't reflect 4 star properties. Would never stay again.
