Very Good

Great place, good food, green and serene environment (though there is a railway track adjacent to the property). Stayed for 2 nights on a club class room. Support staff is responsive but not able to understand our needs sometimes. Good tasty complimentary breakfast. Rooms were clean. Decent Wifi speed in rooms though signal strength is weak at times. Overall good place for a relaxed weekend stay.

The Property was excellent but the service was really bad, The response time was very poor. The Staff strength is very low, need to improvise the attitude of the staff, should do periodical checks of the AC, should stand on the words what they promise (They promised me 2 weeks back to give me ground floor club room ), gave the 2nd floor with AC not working and nobody to fix the same and slept whole night without AC.

Resort was at good location and well maintained. Still I have given a bad smiley for hygiene because the blankets were very dirty. It had big stains on it. In fact pillow was very unhygienic. Food was tasty. Recreation facilities were excellent.

Blown away with greenery inside this resort - well maintained natural place. Good choice if you plan to spend lot of time in the resort. Though I am not very amazed with service. Also the TV had around 3 working channels, two of which I have not heard of.
