The room was not properly cleaned after the stay of earlier guests. There were traces of Beach sand everywhere in the room as well as in the bathroom. The door locking system of the main door was broken & faulty. We only spent the night in horror as we did not feel in this property.

There were no assistance at all, slept on the floor, without bedsheet, no hot water, no room service, very irresponsible behaviour, not a place to stay.

We booked royal palm hotel in south goa for 2 nights stay and experience was really bad, hotel authority changed our stay to different property of karma royal palm with no wifi and support from hotel staff, worst part we cannot call any staff for support or emergency as we had booked different property and moved to this property because of room unavailability. 2 star is only for location as close to beach.

Room is not properly maintained. Hall ac power supply was cut. Tv remote was not available. Couch placed was dirty. No one responded over calls. Customer is in problem but they did not care. And when visited personally at reception (outside the complex, no one came to serve. Horrible and pathetic services.

The resort is very beautiful. But the water in the swimming pool was very bad and. The rooms were big and clean but there was no soap for bathing. No shampoo, no bath kit, no dantel kit. All over avrage resorts
