The ambience of the resort is very good, staff behaviour is excellent, food is great overall very satisfying stay

Poor Stay

I booked but they don't know that i booked. When we arrived then they were shocked about the booking when i reached then they rushed to prepare. I booked with complementary breakfast they don't even have a clue about that. Staff's are good but management is poor

You late booking and after booking within 30 min you arrive ,in this time our all staffs busy to prepare evening snacks . You say you had complementary breakfast if you show me that I will refund all money. Why if tell a lie , I know you need free breakfast... For this you give this negative review Please sir don't do this things 🙏🏽

mind pleasing experience 1. Location of this Resort is amazing tea garden surrounded and river site 2 there is a big play ground and garden area 3 they said that in winter season full kanchenjunga view from the Resort but we visit in rain season so we can't see it 4. Rooms are clean 5 staffs are very helpful 6. Food quality is good 👍
