When I reached guest house. Receptionist was telling we are not having any onilne booking facility so that's why I will not give room. Then I called to customer care of MMT and after 2 hours struggle they arranged me room in same guest house.

I STAYED IN THE ROOM FOR my business trip and it is about one night stay in the room. I would rate my experience as AVERAGE. THE ambience of ROOM IS NOT APPEALING AND STILL NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT PARTICULARLY the hall and bathroom. It looks very dull.

WORST STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. They have just built an expensive looking hotel which is 3rd grade cheap. They showoff rolls royce and theirRSVP club and attract foreigners and fool them by pretending to be a 4 star hotel in reality the services and staff are not even 2 star. They only have location advantage. STUPID STAFF STUPID HOTEL. Worst in New Delhi

Overall it was a good and satisfactory experience to stay in hotel. I liked room cleanliness and service, hotel location was good, surrounding areas were also pleasant and perfect for relaxation. I would like to revisit hotel again in my next Delhi trip.

Very spacious and clean room, the staff as well as managers are very courteous, the food was excellent. Once I ordered for chicken tikka but the cook told me that since that day chicken was not good he should be excused for the chicken item. Kudos to the cook.
