The items in complementary breakfast need to be increased. Wi-Fi does not work inside room. Complementary mineral water bottle must be provided. Services at Reception and Restaurant are good. Individual geyser is a plus point over the centralised ones where one has to wait for a long run of cold water before hot water flows from the water tap. The location of the hotel just adjacent to the Fortis Escorts Hospital is a great advantage in case of any medical emergencies.

Good service, polite nature of all staff in hotel, I have booked 2 rooms and both are neat and clean with attractive posters and paintings, you can Carry to much luggage in thi hotel as it has too much space in rooms

Have never seen a hotel like that, they have not even come to check what customer required, there was no telephone in room and even the toilet sheet was broken, they don't have the glasses to drink water. We had to purchase the disposal glass from market, the guys there was very rude and they didn't carry our luggage too .. Room was painted with some gutka saliva. Please remove the nomination of such hotel which look good from outside.
