Pathetic room, no variety of food, condition of room is very poor, staff also not good they don't care about review or anything they didn't do anything about complaints. Overall worst experience.

The food was amazing and very delicious. The white sause pasta. Chilly paneer. Paneer malai tikka everything was just very good.

To begin with, the staff at reception wasn't courteous. When I checked-in they simply asked me to wait with a flat tone, no welcome and no manners. Second, had I not questioned if the room which was been allotted to me was premium, I would have given a base category room, Third, biggest surprise, no slippers in the hotel. Room services tells me, there are no slippers. Fourth, no towels in bathroom. Fifth, I ordered cream of chicken soup, no salt and hardly few chunks of chicken. When i called kitchen and told them, chef argued with me. Hopefully, manager came to meet me, but wasn't helpful. Since the staff at reception didn't knew about what had happened. When I asked that lady if she knows, she replied with a flat face I need to check if its true and she kind of argued with me .Guys, avoid making a booking here. It's a horrible place and to top it staff was big time who would argue with guest. Seems owner has hired bunch of idiots to run the property.
