Location: Just off Surat - Nashik National Highway and in proximity to the popular Hatgadh Fort (600 m), Club Mahindra Hatgad is a quaint property with traditional sloping roofs. Offering panoramic views of hills, it is less than 6 km from Saputara, a picturesque hill station with many popular tourist attractions like Saputara Lake, Lake Garden and Sunset Point. Borgaon Dam is about a 5-min drive from here. Moreover, Waghai railway station is about 60 km from the resort whereas Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is within 250 km.


Room Amenities: The resort has 75 spacious and well-furnished rooms with sweeping views of the lush hills. Modern amenities such as individually controlled air conditioning, HD TV and tea/coffee maker in rooms make for a pleasant stay.     Worst experience for non members in club mahindra resort ... 1. At the gate they don allow you to enter and stops the car because they don have the list of non members booking ... Is it the customers fault? 2. At the reception they don have the booking on one computer and on other the receptionist say wait for eternity and yeah you have to ask for water / welcome drink till they are not clear about the booking in the system from MMT ... 3. They humiliate the customer at the breakfast table without checking whether the breakfast has been opted or not by the customer ... Sir your breakfast is not complimentary you have pay for it, in front of other guest is too humiliating 4. At the check out time they ask you to pay again which you have already paid ... The front desk guy (named Ajit) gave a bill of 7xxx rs, which included the room service bill (I ordered chicken sandwich and tea worth x rs) plus 6xxx for the room again have to show him my MMT Booking voucher later on he quickly changed his words and blamed it on the computer system And again take eternity to checkout ... 4. At the main exit the security again stops you because they have a doubt that your scratched some other car and when you come back to check they say no it's not you ... So the security person should be informed about the car who has done it or any person should be bothered? Worst service and the people are not even apologetic for their behaviour ... Not recommended

    Ambience and everything is As per location facilities and all cost is little bit higher but not a big deal. Food taste is to cheap. Food rate is too costly. An simple sandwich cost for 700-800 Rs. This too much and even if you buy the taste is too bad.

    Good experience, but Jain food needs a bit improvement. Overall good one. Location is also ideal. Good play areas for children. Comfort and relaxing experienced. Definitely will recommend for family trips.

    The location was wonderful, nested among the hills of Saputara and walk-able distance from Fort Hatgad, Club Mahindra Hatgad has been beautifully designed and well maintained. The staff at the reception, Room service, Restaurant were all very cordial. Special thank you to Partha and his team, Pulak and his team, Chef for customizing things for us. Since we were travelling with infants they provided us baby food as per our needs. We had senior citizens who preferred Jain food and they too got very tasty dishes during all meals. The activities conducted are well planned and cater to all age groups. Overall a wonderful experience.
