We booked a room in Binsar valley and were accommodated in Binsar villa which is about 2 kilometers uphill. This was informed to us only at the time of check-in. Food is below average and heavily overpriced. The approach road is treacherous even though shuttle is provided by the hotel. They do not provide any dormitory facility for private cab drivers even though they are a premium hotel, considering that the location is isolated, speaks volumes of their eye to detail. No road signs to guide tourists towards the hotel. It's a good 10 kilometers from Binsar wildlife sanctuary. The location is peaceful and a different experience. Not recommended for short stay.

Everything is good like activity, property, room etc except few corrections urgently needed. There so many big size spiders roaming that is terrible. Rest is fine. I asked about AC as there are little bit humid than they said that there is no AC as there is no need of it.
Good stay good

The restaurant prices are comparable to a five star fancy hotel. A roti is costly. They actually have kept the A la carte prices high so that people are forced to take buffet packages which are approx per head for breakfast and dinner.
