Located amidst serene surroundings of snow-capped Himalayas, Cliff Top Club is a 3 star ski resort known for offering warm hospitality and comfortable accommodation. Set on a slope used for skiing, this resort offers 42 rooms that constitute 22 Studio Rooms, 18 One Bedroom Apartments and 2 Two Bedroom Apartments. Each accommodation unit features basic amenities like satellite TV and telephone. Mineral water, kitchenette and equipped kitchenette are available at an extra cost.

Given the picture-perfect location, right on the ski slope, makes the resort suitable for adventure seekers and leisure travellers. For business travellers, there is a conference hall at the resort. Adventure lovers can enjoy a range of activities like trekking, hiking, rock climbing, mountaineering and jungle camping arranged by the resort. It also organises exciting recreational activities like bonfire, gala evenings and live entertainment. Helipad facility is also available at reasonable rates.

With al-fresco dining, the stylish restaurant at the resort serves a wide range of delicacies. The open-air barbeque restaurant is ideal place to relax and enjoy meals. Skedoo Coffee Shop / Snack Bar offers a range of snacks and beverages.

Please note: To reach this resort, guests needto take the rope-way and reach there by maximum 4 pm, else the ropeway would be closed.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.

The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.

Pay at Checkout

Pay at Checkout policy is valid for hotels in India only.

The remaining amount needs to be paid by the guest at the hotel. Guests might be asked to pay in cash if the credit card machine at the hotel is absent or dysfunctional.

    They will greet you nicely when you're coming in but when you're going to check out they will treat you like who are you Location is excellent and this is the only hotel available there that's why the hotel management takes guest for granted food was good but no bread also they take 1 hour to serve you food and if you order more another 40 45 minutes if you order 3 food items 2 you get 1 you don't ... Room was big but with spider webs broken windows old wood. Hotel management didn't bother to inform cable car people about our pick up from tower 8 we waited in -2 with kids for almost 50 minutes post we called hotel and then they arranged our pick up from tower 8, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

    Awesome location and great experience at such a remote place. Location is just awesome and we could not have asked for more in this place. Although there is no Mobile connectivity but still the facilities provided were beyond our expectations in such a remote place.

    Excellent location. Almost no access till hotel via car. Required amry approval. Chair or Cabin ropeway are the only feasible option but need to come donw or climb up over a top of hill. Not at all good for older person. Service staff are excelletnt

    Very poor - after paying the price - 37k for a family suite (5 people) for 2 days. The management is too poor. There was no communication made for the travel arrangements. The hotel is not directly reachable. MMT did not mention the way to reach hotel and their service in this part was pathetic. The Mobile numbers shared with us were not received at all. Hotel staff told us that none of these numbers are working. This hotel is situated at the top of the hill and there are primarily two ways to reach to it. 1) Ropeway (operational till 3:30 pm). 2) Gypsy provided by the hotel when the ropeway is not operational. None communicated to us about the ways. Since we were running late and were supposed to reach the hotel late in the evening, we started calling for the gypsy at 2PM, when we were on our way. Our phone was not answered till 7pm and when it was answered at around 7 pm by Mr. Gorakh Sharma (GM of the hotel), he laughed and said “Ab to aap subah hi a paayenge�. Somehow after a lot of arguments we managed to reach the hotel. We found that we were not alone who faced this problem. A lot of other guests were complaining about the same thing. Mr. Gouraksh Sharma argued that it’s not the hotel’s responsibility to pick up guests by the Gypsy and showed some paper where this was written. He also claimed that this has been communicated to Make my trip but to our horrors MMT never communicated this to us or anybody else for that matter. After spoiling out mood for the night we went to sleep after having dinner. Needless to mention the property was worse than a 3 star motel, provided we paid for a Taj. Now, comes the evening before check-out. Gauraksh Sharma told us to clear our dues and told that it has to be done in cash as no online transaction facility or card facility was available. On the morning of 2nd, October, 2017 when we saw the bill we found the following discrepancies:- 1) GST number was missing from the bill. 2) We had paid Rs. 22400/- through MMT, whereas the hotel’s bill showed that amount to be 19820/- When we showed our receipt to Mr. Gaurish Sharma, he refused to understand the problem and started fighting like a gangster. He told somebody on the phone that “Theek hai fir main apne tarike se nikalwa leta hoon paise. � He also refused to give us the signed slip of the amount he charged us in cash. Finally, managed to get the printed slip of the settlement we did. The guy does not know how to manage bills sent through MMT. When we asked for the formal bill with proper GST no, he took 2 hours to provide us one. From 10:00am to 12:01 pm we were just sitting idle waiting for the proper invoice. He said he had to update the software!!! On being asked for the invoices of other people, he showed us the bills with GST charged but without having a gst no. The hotel charged GST @18% while MMT charged @28% Overall, I would prefer to stay in jungle to stay in this hotel or deal with Mr. Gauraksh ever again.

    Best resort in whole of Uttarakhand. The view is soo soothing with snowy mountains. Place is best for skein in winters. You can see Kanchanganga peak from your room. The food is also delicious. Cable car ride to the hotel is also exciting.
