It was an Irksome welcome from receptionist, I believe he is very new to the deal of customers who are through online booking such as Makemytrip. I made my father and family to await a long time for confirming the room. Still they were very much patient, discussing with me and I explained the receptionist who handled the day, made annoying the situation, which really made an entire day bad, where my father too came up with negative results because of the day started with annoying situation by receptionist. Receptionist should be well trained, experienced & shall know such deals.

Room was neat and clean . Service and hospitality was really good . Value for money

Room condition is very poor. It is very old. However behaviour was very good.

Hotel is very close to Chennai central railway station . Just 2 minute walking distance . Many good restaurants are their close to this hotel. Hotel staff are very cooperative. Nice stay

Good location, very near to Chennai Central station, good staff clean but one thing is room is small for 3 person but 2 person room is good.

The hotel is located at a walkable distance from Chennai central. So finding it will not be an issue. For commutation to even other places you will get autos very easily and a bus stop is located in 200mts distance. The room was so good and its more than what I expected at the cost I paid. Infact makemytrip eased the way of Booking. We will get room without much verification related hassles which you may have to bear in other places. The room has a TV with most of the regional and national channels. 24*7 water supply and electricity was provided. Bathrooms were neat and clean. Beds are also properly cleaned and provided without any dirts. For food a good hotel of theirs is there in the adjacent building. You can even order food through intercom. The room Services may get improved but its totally value for your money. My verdict is if you choose to stay in a budget hotel this place is a good option and will fulfil your wishes in many things. More importantly book through Makemytrip its good for your purse as well.
