According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.

    We had bad experience on room service, poor quality food, delayed service, single item break fast. Comparatively higher prices with poor quality items. They gave one towel per 3 person, we enable to adjust aircondition.

    Facilities are OK. No coffee or tea is provided. No water bottles in room. Every time you need a refill of water you should call the room service. Dinner and lunch was very good. Recommended for family trip

    Location and service is Good. But management need to be improved. People drinking and smoking outside the room. That need to be avoided. Lots of food joint since it's near to park square mall. I appreciate the hotel.

    It was good. Food can be better, not worth it. Language communication can be improved. Non-Kannad people may have problems. Rooms are spacious. Room service also good. Got the two bed room, best choice made.

    No parking place. No toilet kit provided. Air conditioner services are not good. No towels provided, unless asked. Overall miserable service. Parking slot is available at midnight 1 am. I have to comedown and park my vehicle at that time, there is no valet parking also, there is no minimum amenities in the hotel like water, bathroom kit, towels, morning coffee and tea even though 24 hours room service mentioned. Only one outflow of air conditioner is available which is not a good flow of air conditioner for the entire room, infact there is no fans in the room. There is no response from the management for any issue. They don't have a restaurant for breakfast, which is a third party contract and the food is not at all eatable. Only tea is available and not coffee. We have taken 3 executive rooms for a function and all are having a very bad stay in this hotel. We are not recommend this hotel for family stay. Conclusion third rated hotel in IT carrier at Bangalore.
