    The Executive room was no where close to executive !! Was just an ordinary room and was awful, the AIR CONDITIONER was NOT working, someone technician would come and click the a/c buttons and simply say it working . It was blowing hot air in the room and they were not ready to agree that the a/c was not working, I requested to change my room and they said the hotel is full where as I checked online for room and it was easily available . The water bottles were never replaced, the washroom was not cleaned daily and they didn't even change the towels . On the whole a HORRIBLE experience . Would NEVER RECOMMEND! A very frustrated and unhappy customer

    Located at prime area and very near by airport. Rooms are very Lear and neat with good facilities. Food are tasty and room service are good and restaurants are having variety and in breakfast variety are available

    The rooms stunk. Tried 3 different rooms and they all stunk. Staff informed that after 1 hour of air conditioning the smell would cease. It didn't. When checking out the receptionist tried to over charge me.
