Hotel staff were good, however food was very bad . I ordered chicken and it was half cooked. I made it return and in the morning in bill it was added. Hotel need to think for customer satisfaction . . Regards

Overall it was a good experience except breakfast. They do not offer buffet breakfast, it's room service with very limited options. Room was neat & clean with humble staff (receptionist & room service staff). Found a nice sweets shop by the name of "Temptation" opposite hotel.

Where do I start about my stay at this terrible hotel. My colleague and I were on a business trip to Moradabad and our usual hotel was sold out hence we booked a Deluxe room at Hotel Amara.
The entire hotel has a dampness issue whether it is the rooms or the lounge outside. The room that we were given smelt damp and there was paint peeling off from the walls everywhere due to dampness. The person showing us the room kept trying to tell us that it wasn't any major issue and that the rooms were not opened for long hence the smell. The dampness was unbearable and we were finding it difficult to breathe.
We requested for room change and were shown another room which was equally bad. After looking at 4 rooms and calling up MMT team we settled for one room which had only a little dampness. However, to our plight, in this room, the lamps had fused bulb, one ceiling light not working, WC seat broken, washbasin water leaking on the floor, part of the false ceiling broken and plug points not working. The room had mosquitos and seemed as if it hadnt been cleaned in days because the curtain in the bathroom glass window had remains dead insects !!
If this was not enough, there is no restaurant and food is served in the rooms. When we called to order dinner, I was told that the person working on the tandoor has gone home and even in the limited menu that they have, most of the things are not available. It was only around 9pm! Due to dietary restrictions, I am not allowed oily food but at this hotel I was left with actually no choice. The only option was paneer tikka but that too when it was served appeared to be full of oil. There is no buffet breakfast and one has to order from the limited menu and get it as room service.
The service is so slow. It doesn't seem like they have a dedicated housekeeping and room service team. Its more like, one person being jack of all trades!
We were given 1 ltr bottle of water between the two of us. When we asked for another bottle, we were told its chargeable. 1 ltr of water for 2 people per day!
Overall, a terrible experience. Just thankful to the MMT team for immediately trying to resolve our problem.

The Hotel Did not had buffet breakfast & in turn were advised to chose breakfast from Room Menu. 80% were refused to be served. The two items that they agreed to give was omelette & toast & chicken grilled sandwich along with Tea. After 35-40 Mins when we were expecting breakfast they told that they do not have Chicken Grilled Sandwich & I may review my order. Nothing was served. Finally I had to move out of hotel for our breakfast, as we were being treated as beggars for complimentary breakfast which was included in my MMT Deal, which was MMT assured deal.
Biggest disappointment is that even after immediately bringing the issue to MMT, they closed my complaint by giving? 52 credit making me feel like beggar & not acknowledging my complaint. MMT has provided me hopeless service in addressing my grievances.
Henceforth no further booking through MMT for sure. Poorest service & shameful conduct by their service teams.

Good service &best location. All facility are available &also hotel staff are very helpful.
Here room facilities are very good in condition, all rooms are nice looking. Actually I have stayed there only 1 night so, it can be possible that I am wrong in some facilities. Actually, it's location is not so good in my opinion.
