The overall stay was great. Nice place. Would recommend this place. However, be aware of the staff, my wrist watch was stolen from my room. Otherwise all things were good and we enjoyed our stay. Good location and food.

I found it a bit pricey, may be due to December last week. If you get it for around 6k it is worth it. It has lake facing rooms, so make sure you take one. The architecture of rooms could have been better. Dinner was very tasty. Property has hammocks, swimming pool, badminton court and an ayurvedic massage centre. Staff is good and humble.

Good Location and value for money. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Very courteous staff. Careful with the pool water, it seemed very chlorinated and I had rash after spending 1 hour in the pool. Don't forget to visit Marari beach. Its about 6KM from the resort, very clean and less crowded.

The resort provides great hospitality in terms of service. The staff here is very friendly & courteous. Property & rooms are well maintained & clean. Location is 4KM interior from main highway road & no other restaurants nearby if someone looking to eat out of the resort. Varieties in complimentary breakfast is good, but taste can be improved. Also in the main menu, we have very less options for Vegetarians.

Amazing stay at Cosy house boat. Especially my daughter enjoyed a lot. We loved their hospitality and food. House boat was parked near cosy villa at night. They arranged birthday celebration for my wife there. Cosy's other house boat mates also joined in celebration. My wife had a memorable birthday celebration. Candle light dinner also was arranged by them. Overall excellent and memorable trip made by cosy house boat.

Pros: The house boat look and feel is amazing with wooden flooring, cabins, seating arrangement with the whole boat available to our family of four. The view is amazing while you are cruising along the lake. Gentle breeze blowing, you and your family feeling relaxed enjoying the surrounding. The captain even let you drive for some time The food is finger licking good with fish in lunch, chicken in dinner and egg in breakfast along with typical south indian accompaniments. Even vegetarian won’t feel left out as the veg dishes are yummy and varied. The crew although having language barrier were quite hospitable and worked to keep us happy. Cons: The drawbacks are not only for RKV but true for all boats plying there. They sail only till 5 and then park back at the place from where you started in front of some house as they have to get power supply for AC from there. Forgot about seeing sunset, sunrise or even any other view, you are totally blocked from all sides with boats stacked side to side and house in front. You just don’t feel like you are in a floating vessel as its all standing still. All your windows and lovely seating places are wasted as all you see is the other boat. The problem of expensive fish you have to buy at only one available shop on the way where your boat will stop and the fact that AC is switched on at 9 only are minuscule in front of the feel of the house boat. You just don’t feel once its parked that you are in some beautiful houseboat, all it feels is like you are in some small dingy hotel room. That was a massive disappointment and we could see that treatment being given by other boat houses too. In the morning they only sail for 30mins and that too in the same area around their painstaking point. Coming to negative of RKV, our second room AC was leaking whole night and we had to put a bucket from bathroom to prevent our luggage getting drenched. Our boat din’t have any TV while others did. The person with whom I conversed after booking was least interested to talk. Don’t know about the more expensive boats but what I saw everyone were parked at the same area next to each other so looks like thats the norm for all. Not at all excited to ever go again

Stayed in Lemontree Vembanad Lake last week. Very clean. Junior suite, adequately spacious, very comfortable. Bathroom good. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Lake facing room. Excellent sunrise view. A small gym with one treadmill, a table tennis table. Medium sized pool, clean, well located. Cons: Approach to the resort difficult. Only managed with Google maps. Secondly the spa staff, a single lady, was not well trained. Even the Male section guy was not great. Both avoidable !! Thirdly there is only one restaurant. Although reasonable, nothing great. But since no other restaurant nearby, had to eat only there. Fourthly shikara ride is overpriced. Instead walk to a nearby jetty and get a ride for half the price. Would recommend a rented car so you have the option of driving to a beach even an hours drive away
