Went at night but washroom was not cleaned properly and there is nothing, on which we can appraise apart from AC. No Housekeeping was in place . . TV didn't work. TV remote was not present I would not be able to recommend this property to anyone to stay. Especially to families.

Very poor and pathetic condition of room and toilet. No tap in sink. Water was leaking in bathroom. No tv. On 2 dim lights which was not sufficient to lit the room. Asked the hotel staff to put tv, but they refused to look into the matter Very bad and disturbing experience.

It is really a terrible experience for me to stay in the hotel. I had to change 3 rooms to accommodate in the hotel as I booked it. Location is so. Bed sheets were dirty. Pillow covers were not changed for weeks even. Toilet sheet was dirty as no one has cleaned since long. Counter pic is just for you to satisfy. Please check the rooms. Then you will come to know.

Room is very small, not cleaned. If you search in google with the address, you can't find it. It took 1 hour for us to trace it. No breakfast provided though we opted for it. When we called for hotel number to check the address, no one picked the phone. We struggled to reach hotel.

We stayed there for 2 nights, in the morning when we complained about the dirty washroom and bedsheets, the receptionist offered us an AC room in a NON AC rate as we had booked a NON AC Rooms. When we cam back he gave us a smaller room with no window but we took it was an AC ROOM. But when I complained about the non functioning of AC, he said sir I said I will give you an AC Room but I never said that you can use the AC. HA. I think either he was stupid or he was playing tricks. Lets come to the room, its a good property badly managed. Dirty rooms, dirty washroom, dirty lenin. I booked an IRCTC Room in Alwar in railway station, even that government owned property was cleaner then this. Money wise it was certainly cheap, but if you are travelling with family friends or female, my suggestion would be to spend another 200-300 rs and go for some better option. Its fine with boys or single Male who are not concerned much about hygiene. The receptionist is very tricky and unprofessional, at the time of checkout I saw on lady fighting with him as he had charged her 1800, and not given dustbin and normal services even after her repeated request and she was very upset with the room. I have not paid them any heavy amount and they have clean my bathroom and bed-sheet on my request, but still the hotel needs to put their staff on clenliness. Kindly be assure that the person on the reception is typically a kind of an person you will find on Bus stand or railway station, who charge extra from people, plays tricks and are ready to fight. A big NO for people travelling with family kids or females. I wish I can visit the place with my friends and teach him a lesson ... I hope you are Reading my review Mr yusuf -
