Review Of Cochin Zen Hotel

Very adamant no cooperation for early ch ckin and breakfast service not good room without window very suffocative.

- 1. The room was good, but we mistakenly booked one without a window. 😕 2. Had to ask for a refill of coffee and tea bags as they didn't do it the next day. 3. They left the cups uncleaned for the next day, and I had to remind the hotel team to ensure daily amenities as I've paid for them. 4. The hotel floors are too dark, and even the restrooms are quite dimly lit.

Hotel was neat and clean. Breakfast was ok for business travellers like us. For prepaid rentals, we are charged to pay a caution deposit and never i have experienced that. They have executed the refund transaction but till date i have not got that.

Thank you to the desk lady and austin who were very helpful in providing us info. I recommend everyone to stay here. It’s in the heart of the city.

I stayed in the hotel for business trip for 1 day. Location wise it is very good. You have very close access to been thanh market. Room size was quite small and bathroom too. Staff was good and cooperative. In all, good hotel but will try others on next trip.

Hotel located at center of D1. The facilities like sauna, spa, hot pool are good.

Just 2 mins walking from Ben Tanh market, multiple eating options nearby with quite a lively ambiance. The Saigon square and other malls are also at a walking distance of 10-15mins. A comfortable stay. Requested for early check-in and the Hotel helped.

Amazing location and the hotel was worth the money. Loved the service and the breakfast buffet. In terms of view a lot cannot be expected due to the location. All in all, a commended hotel close to the market in Ho Chi Minh City.

I've stayed at the hotel for 6 days with two others. The room is small but adjustable. The bathroom has a tiny bathtub with a shower that has the worst temperature control setting. The AC takes forever to cool the room. You'll definitely find better ones for this money.
