Diamond Legend Hotel

I have been shifted to lilane hanoi hotel at last moment and reason mentioned that hotel is under renovation. However next day I met couple who had checked in same hotel. So means it was over booked. Liliane hotel was okay and didn’t face any issue and staff was very helpful.

Rooms were in bad condition and they made us move to a different hotel there due to urgent maintenance

Horrible experience they made us stay one day then shifted us to a hostel with one room on 1st floor and 6th floor

The hotel is located in a pretty good location , but the rooms are not as shown on the website. The elevator is only up to the 4th floor , For the 5th and 6th floor you have to climb the short narrow stairs. We had booked a stay for 2 adults and 1 child of age 5 years from MMT and paid for it online. After we reached there they demanded extra bed charges for the child. As it was clearly mentioned on MMT that child's free, we came on argument and finally we stayed there unhappily. Worst experience in Vietnam we had.

Average maintenance. No lift after 4th floor, you need to walk after that. Breakfast needs to be upgraded.

I had booked Family Suit Walking Room for 4 nights. That room was not having telecom and mirror. Also air conditioner was kept on 16 degree for straight 2 hours still no cooling. Also after every 10 mins, water would start leaking from shower automatically with other loud noise too. We asked for room change and were told no such rooms are available. However we had to settle in smaller room as compared to room we booked and of course no refund was granted. Rude behaviour by lady sitting on reception. Not at all recommended if you are on a trip with family.

Da nang Tuyet Son hotel excellent. Very good locations I strongly recommended for tourists. Hanoi Diamond Legend hotel also good in the center of the city. Tourism starting point and indian restaurants are very near. we enjoyed without any hindrance.

Worst experience! the rooms were shady and the receptionist was so rude when we complained about the room and it’s quality! it looks like an old lodge which is not at all maintained properly! i suggest please don’t book that place! it’s a waste of money! we have better options for the same money we paid! choose wisely!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in hanoi. Although it was a short visit, the experience was made memorable by the sweet and accommodating staff. The girl at the reception was especially kind and went out of her way to offer us breakfast at an earlier hour, which was greatly appreciated. One aspect that could use improvement is cleanliness management. Upon arriving at our room, we noticed a large bundle of garbage placed right in front of our door, which could have been avoided. That said, the room’s security features were commendable. The door has a small alarm that rings if it isn’t closed properly, which adds a nice touch of safety. Overall, i had a good stay here, and with some minor improvements, it could be an even better experience.

Pleasant stay helpful staff and receptionist rooms are bit small but on requesting for bigger room they upgraded us with bigger room without any extra charges excellent and safe location

don't spoil your itinerary with this hotel. it is a Vietnam's OYO. small rooms,No sanitation.Drasctic breakfast

All staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful. At the reception ms. Moon was very friendly and helpful. She suggestions were very helpful and her directions to go around hanoi were great. The catering staff were also helpful and provided us with vegetarian breakfast. The room was clean and okay. Washroom was clean with hot and cold water.

The room was very small. It felt claustrophobic. No hygiene was there. Pillows were dirty and when asked for a comforter, that was also dirty. Was expecting more than this, at least for the price that we paid.

We stayed for 2 nights in diamond legend hotel hanoi. Location is perfect in old quartets and so dung market very near 300m the cruise pickup is free from our hotel for halong bay breakfast was very good. Fruits 4 options noodles and salad tea coffee juice etc for pure veg options opt for city view balcony room ours was though without window but no suffocation night market walking distance perfect stay at very low rate. The room is small and quality of the room is not that great. The staff behavior is excellent. Overall a good stay

The hotel is located at a prime location which is near multiple sites like the Hoàn Kiếm Lake, Street Murals, Train street, weekend market and multiple Indian restaurants. We preferred to walk to all these places as all of these were at a 5 to 20 minutes walk. The staff was very welcoming. They gave us the room which we had booked online.

Not so good room. Breakfast option is very limited. No veg option. Lift not working. No lift access to breakfast hall and floor above 3 rd.

Location good. Service needs improvement. Clearness good. Price okay. Could consider nect time room size average
