Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles International Airport

they took a 350 USD security deposit which is a huge amount and didn't even provide and proof of refund initiation to me, I am still waiting for the refund after 3 days, I mailed them and they still didn't respond.

Stay was good but a bit old property, expected better by four point by sheraton, not matched my expectation of the brand

They charged more than what was initially informed. They deducted money from credit card multiple times, charged double and then reversed some amount. However the final cost was higher than initial rate offered while booking.

It was ok stay the the property is very old and the lobby is also very old with old furniture in it bathroom also seems to be very old. The walls are not painted correctly. Very very old. Furniture is hard to see that i was staying in a four point sheraton, thank you.

Room window was facing a walking corridor where anyone can walk, so one has to close the window. Lights in the room were very low and as we cannot open the window it made it more dark. Long que always at the desk for asking single issue. Staff showed no interest in changing the room rooms are very old. 50 dollar for parking horrible stay, don't stay in this hotel.

Location : not good room : okay parking charges : 50 dollars per day

Hotel is at descent location close to airport but unfortunately the service and quality of room is at par

Bathrooms are in bed shape. Water block in wash basin. Bathroom size is smaller but rooms size is good enough.

I was there for less than a day but the stay was pleasant. The staff was courteous and helped me with all the queries that i had. The only negative point for me was there was no complimentary breakfast.

Nice food and service offered by hotel. Although property is little old-fashioned but it was clean and maintained.

Very good amenities, I didn't use the restaurant or the pool but the room was spacious and clean. That was my main requirement

The rooms were good and neat. The concierge personnel's were excellent. I felt so safe and almost like home. They guided me like a family. The breakfast spread wasn't so good. But everything else was great. Drinks and food at the bar was great.

Close to airport. Airport shuttle service is good. Travelling from airport are to downtown or Beverly is very far. There are Tours available from the hotel for the city that may be used. Check in time is 3 pm

It was at a good location, equally distant from Disneyland and universal studios, with good breakfast, cafe and good hospitality, nice spacious room, service was just awesome, parking is a bit costly, but overall a nice experience and would recommend every one to stay.

Location close to airport and facilities. Information on local sightseeing attractions was provided which was helpful. Guest services is very useful, it helped me store my luggage before the check in was due.

The most important point is the location of this hotel which is very close to the LAX. There is a regular shuttle service to pick u up from the airport. The food is good but the restaurant Brewster is overpriced. The ambiance is quiet and calm.
