Cheating people by giving deluxe single room at 160 pounds which is actually a store room. Unsuitable to spend 1 night also

Property and location is good hotel is decent rooms are a bit small beds are small but overall it’s good

The hotel is a good option to stay in london and with paddington station just a 3 minute walk away you have the convenience of travel by train and bus. There are quite a few eating joints in the vicinity too. The room sizes are small but that how most hotels are here, the staff at the reception is very friendly too. Everything is self service so be prepared for the same, do not opt for the basement rooms as heating does makes the rooms a bit stuffy. We had to open the windows slightly, overall a pleasant experience we stayed for 8 nights here.

Extremely small rooms, old and tired property, needs a complete teardown and build again ground up. Location is good

The staff of grand park was very polite and nice and we were shifted to another hotel inhibit by them as they had some problem with broiler. But we had a great time. Thanks

The hotel room and bathroom are very small and not the great. The rooms are also below average in terms of hygiene.

They provided a very bad and cheap room for the first day. We complained and got a better room the next day

The room was very small also I always got lost locating my room, it was somewhere on the 1st floor with no lift access.

It has been good experience staying near Paddington station. Hotel staff were very cooperative. Memorable stay there. Next I will stay in same hotel Park Grand London Hyde Park.

Pleasant stay. There are a lot many Park Grands around so one needs to be attentive. Landed up at Park Grand Paddington which is just a few minutes away. Good central location. We did not try the food so cannot comment. Friendly bell boy but mixed emotions about the reception staff.

They showed me a picture with a very spacious room where as the room was very very small. The services were minimum and half of the things don’t work. The lights in my room didn’t switch off so at 12:30 am in the morning I called the manager and he asked me to change to another room which was worse. The Ac didn’t work in this room but I had to just sleep so I did and didn't fight over it anymore. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here as there are far better choices available in this area. The staff is helpful but it’s not their fault really.

Everything was good viz location, breakfast and all services.
