Novotel London Heathrow Airport - M4 Jct 4

Supportive staff, convenient location and good for airport travel.

An excellent hotel to stay near Heathrow area. Rooms are spacious, housekeeping and staff are excellent and breakfast is delicious.

The rooms are very small. Very bad location no tube or bus station. No service from the hotel. You have to take your bags by your own to the room.

Though it's far from city, Cherry Lane school bus top is just 5 min walk away, friendly staff and clean place.

It was a really nice stay. Enjoyed it.

Took service bus from Airport and reached, it's easy to find.

It was a nice hotel near to bus and metro around 2 km away, high level of service and good ambiance makes the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Although the rooms were average but clean service was excellent although little far from City but accessible to bus and metro, in all nice stay

The hotel room was stinking of urine. The flush in the toilet wasn't working. Very very bad ambiance. Breakfast was very very limited. Food was bad. All the descriptions given online about the hotel are a pack of lies. The pool is no bigger than a matchbox full of dirty water. Please don't ever stay in that hotel to save your life.

Rooms are small. Breakfast no variety. Indians will not get any choice but overall average and family. Business and short stay hotel.

There are 2 Novotel in same area 1.5 miles apart, that creates enough confusion. There was no water in rooms on arrival(complimentary) and flush system was kind of less effective. Having done all complaints, the bed, pool(with chlorinated water) was not bad, and stay was ok.

Hotel will not provide water bottle in your room. Everyday same breakfast.

Regret having booked this hotel. Had to personally carry my heavy bags to the room. Lousy room previously used by a chain smoker. Hotel refused to change the room. No vegetarian food in the small coffee shop

Right next to the Airport. Staff was really sweet. Hotel seemed nice.

Lift wasn't working and toilet flush wasn't working properly

No water bottles kept in the room when we checked in. When room service was contacted, they asked us to purchase water from the bar. Totally unacceptable.

Toilet and bathroom were separate like middle class old Mumbai flats. Too small to accommodate. Bath tub could not hold water. Worst thing is no place to bath. You have to stand inside the bath tub and have bath. No water bottles or bathrobe. There is no reception desk, lobby or lounge. Two people standing near the entrance. Nobody picks up the phone when you call on the virtual reception desk at the number 0 zero. You get to eat burnt breakfast. No one to help you pick your baggage.
