Worst service of hotel and 0 star. Do not book

I am not satisfied with the service 'International Hotels' because there are my points- 1. Traveler is new to that country so need help or else it will be mental stress which I am now feeling, for me its in terms of both stay is not good and amount also more deducted. 2. At least service should be in English, at least for UK where they speak English, yesterday it was really frustrating and took almost 8 hours to get settle, first for check-in and then for issue within rooms. For fixing the problem they send one Chinese person who don't know English and the person who operates this is also Chinese. I was already frustrated and again I need to do google translate to explain him the problem. What the benefit of paying MakeMyTrip? 3. Security: I feel unsecured here as they are Chinese not British people. I have many doubts in minds moving here and there. Because of this I am unable to sleep last nights with many thoughts in minds, having office laptops and other stuff as well. 4. Cleanliness and happiness: I am not happy with the stay and my entire trip will be in bad thoughts. Rooms are smelling bad. I have already shared screen shot of waste baggage kept at entrance.
