Early check-in was promised by your team, but I got the check-in only at 12:30 after waiting more than 8 hours at the reception. I requested a higher floor but was given the lowest floor.

The location of Tower Plaza is excellent as it is right opposite the Emirates Tower metro station. Also it has great cafes around within a radius of 1 k.m.

Tower plaza located at one of the prime location of the dubai. Food quality is superb with wide varieties of food,Which includes indian,Chinese,Continental etc. Overall our stay was nice and peaceful at tower plaza.

Positives- Excellent location, courteous staff, delicious food, neat and tidy rooms with all the basic amenities. Needs improvement- room interior is little oldish; needs some upgrades/repair. Waiting time for the lifts was long. Sometimes as long as 10 mins during busy hours.

The hotel is perfect for vacation stay and business trips. The breakfast is excellent the service is good. My only concern was housekeeping the room cleanliness was not up to the mark. It's near dubai Mall and Museum of the future. Nice local restaurant My mug near the hotel for shwarma biryani and roasted chicken

The hotel's location and ambiance were quite pleasant, and it's a beautiful property. However, the experience was significantly marred by the slow and inefficient housekeeping service and subsequent requests for basic items like toothpaste and brush were met with frustrating delays. For example, it took over an hour to get couple of water bottle and plates with cutlery in lunch time, and Furthermore, the water pressure in the shower and bathtub was extremely weak, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. This was a significant inconvenience, especially considering the hotel's 5-star rating. While the hotel has potential, the lack of attention to detail and slow service in these key areas significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's hoped that the management will address these issues to ensure future guests have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, close to great restaurants and attractions. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
