Location is awesome, right next to financial district metro, all needs from. Pharmacy to grocery to coffee shop very close. Nice amenities. Jacuzzi. Steam and sauna are well maintained and monitored. Staff is very courteous. Valet parking available.

Location of the property is very good. Hotel itself is slightly old. The lifts take unusually long to come and its like musical chairs- you are left guessing which loft will come as there are no floor indicators on them. Rooms are pretty comfortable with great views.

It was great stay with family. The rooms were clean, spacious, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and make sure our stay enjoyable. Amazing view of sheikh zayed road from room window.

The hotel is average and can be booked if you get a good deal. Breakfast options are limited and gets very crowded during peak hours. Staff is friendly but they will only do things limited to their convenience, they won’t go out of their way to do anything extra. Rest rooms are decent sized but old furniture. On the whole if you just want to book a centrally located hotel then you can choose that too if there are any deals elsewhere nothing great

Convenient location & the staff were very helpful - plus room was awesome; we upgraded to corner room on 41st floor - view was amazing

We completely loved the spacious room and absolutely stunning view of burj khalifa. The staff was great and check in and check out was smooth. The metro station is 150 m away. We loved chicken on their menu. Will visit again

The hotel offers warm welcome, early checkin on request, answers all re q on time. Very luxury great view, near to times, starbucks and financial centre metro with walking distamce. Fully recommended. Price is high but it should be high depending upon the hotel. Must book
