Review Of Ramada Downtown Dubai

An amazing property to stay at and an even more amazing staff who gave me their newly renovated room and a discount on the spa services. I would specifically like to mention Maricris at the reception who was so warm and generous to give me a great room and discount coupons for the spa. Such clean rooms with so much space. I would definitely come back again

The room was beautiful with a view. Property is well maintained and the staff is courteous. Special shout out to tilila who helped us with both the check in and check out process. She was super professional, polite, helpful, and well mannered.

The hotel is located near the fountain, and bhurji khalifa. Rooms are very good. Breakfast is awesome.

Excellent location and nice staff . Breakfast menu was good. Recommended this hotel. The Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa are at walking distance from the hotel. Check in & Check out experience was also very good 👍

Had an amazing stay at ramada downtown dubai with family. Was pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade with extra room and burj khalifa view which was truly amazing. My kids and family enjoyed the musical fountain and the lovely water canal and burj khalifa from the room. Very supportive staff including front desk, concierge and valet staff. On day 2, the chef ali walked over and offered some additional dishes for the kids. That was super cool. Lastly, great location and totally value for money.

Every thing was good except the charges asked for the extra bed for child of 11 years even the booking was for 2 adult and one child. They were asking for 150 dhiram/night for extra bed whichbis too much. The same bed was provided for free at peerless hotel kolkata against my booking.

Those who wish to enjoy dubai downtown there is no better choice than ramada, just a stone throwaway from burj khalifa and dubai mall. Excellent staff hospitality and good food. Highly recommended for leisure travellers especially with family.

The hotel is all about its view of the burj khalifa and the fountain. The room came with a kitchenette. Worth every penny.

What a property. Staff was too good, always prompt and ready to help and guide. View of fountains and burj khalifa were just amazing from the room. Chef japvir was really caring for guests and their choice of taste for food. He just was amazing with his skill of cooking. Lip smacking. Kudos

We were there for 9 days location was good but breakfast everyday was same really disappointed with the food

Dirty property, staff are not friendly at all. Everything seems to be an issue with them. Nightmarish stay

The property is located in downtown but they charge extra for the rooms with burj khalifa view. The geyser was not working properly in our room and the bathrobes provided were dirty. We had to get our room changed.

Vishnu at the front desk has been real help in the trip, so were pavithra hari from housekeeping and the team travel desk. Food was great too. Proximity of hotel was added advantage and its an experience one shall have when in dubai. Shared

Ramada downtown dubai is at a walkable distance from burj khalifa and dubai mall. I had upgraded to a junior suite and that had a great view of both plus the dubai fountain, in fact probably the best way to watch dubai fountain. The staff at ramada was very friendly and offered assistance in getting cabs, helping with vegetarian food choices among other things. Overall a great stay.

Had a wonderful stay in ramada, good location in downtown with a fantastic view of burj khalifa. Breakfast is good for the price in downtown. Little bit more proactive update on the property amenities when checking in and more items for the i room dining would be great.
