Perfect Family-Friendly Stay in Downtown Dubai We had a wonderful experience at this hotel during our family trip. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, just a short walk from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, which made exploring so easy. The hotel is very family and kids-friendly. They provided spacious rooms, a clean and safe environment, and thoughtful amenities that made our little one comfortable. The staff was warm and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we felt at home. The pool and dining options were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing yet vibrant. For families traveling with kids, this place is truly ideal—convenient, safe, and fun. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Dubai with family while staying close to all the top attractions!

Nice rooms with a great view of Burj Khalifa

Company listing needs to be corrected. Reception staff were rude. We were not even offered water when we arrived at the hotel at 2 pm. None of the basic amenities were available in room, had to call for dental kit, drinking water. The faced in kids room wasn't fixed despite asking repeatedly, nor did they change our apt. The big glass door wasn't attended half the time, because of which I had a mishap that led to stitches on my forehead in the emergency room resulting in a big bill. Despite this they were not even courteous enough to serve dinner. In fact they left dirty dishes in the dishwasher and wet towels on the living room table. The area is good but there are way better accommodations in this down town business bay area. Damac property not recommended.
