    Bed is dirty , washroom is dirty smell everywhere , floor is too dirty and smells everywhere even the building is very very dirty

    I booked the partition room for 2 person, and after done my booking and paid the amount, I am tried to confirm the room number and location, the number which is provided on the booking detail it was wrong number, I was trying to connect with the person who put add on the make my trip for rental room, but nobody answered my call since 6 hours, and after a lot of try I found another number, around 11pm but the ladie told me sorry couple room is booked now we have only for single, and I told her ok it's fine the cancel my booking and refund my amount, she's said alright we will refund your amount, now I am trying to check the update for my booking cancellation, but she's not replying now , please suggest me the way that I can refund my amount. Thanks Malkit Singh
