Hotel Policy

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.

The booking confirmation is subject to successful validation of your Credit Card by the hotel. The room tariff is inclusive of extra charges applicable for the children.

If your child requires additional bedding and/or breakfast options, please book them as an adult to ensure the correct room configuration. You will be notified of any additional costs resulting from individual hotel policies regarding children staying with parents and age range allowed

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.

excellent apartments

on my 5 days visit to dubai i decided to stay 3 nights in marina area.i was looking for apartments to stay and finally decided to stay in trident grand residence.price of the apartments was obviously very high because it is located in most expensive locality of dubai.good staff,very comfortable beds all the aminities available makes this one of the nicest choice to stay.

Abusive and insulting Security

We recently visited this place to collect some items we had purchased from an owner. When we got there and explained to the security where we were going, one of them in particular was unhelpful, rude, insulting and patronizing. We wrote to the management, no reply, we tried calling, no reply. We would not recommend buying or renting a property in this building due to the unprofessional approach Very bad threatening experience

Abbiamo soggiornato all'interno dell'appartamento 1105,arredato con cura e alla moda,grandi vetrate con vista mare. Residence in posizione ottima a due passi dalla spiaggia pubblica e dall'inizio della passeggiata. Bar,ristoranti e super nelle immediate vicinanze. Fermata dei taxi davanti all'albergo di fronte,Le Royal Meridien, fa sfruttare come riferimento perché molto conosciuto. Sicurezza 24h,pulizia e cortesia. Piscina,palestra e terrazza panoramica a disposizione. La Marina dista circa 1km, raggiungibile in taxi con circa € 3.

Just perfect!

We chose this location because of the pictures on the agency website: it showed a beautiful apartment with a terrific view on the Marina. As Marina is probably my favorite neighborhood in Dubai I had no doubts and booked for this apartment. The most important thing to know when you book for an apartment in Dubai (short stay rental) is that you must be ready to wait and cross your fingers, as the landlord doesn't agree to sign the contract until 2 or 3 weeks before your arrival. That means that if another one person wants to locate the same apartment and his stay starts one week before yours, that's it. You have to choose another location! The second important information is that here you must be ready to pay for your stay all in advance, adding also a huge amount as safety deposit (they'll return it to you by check once the apartment has been checked). And these are the most important things to know if you want to rent an apartment for your holiday in Dubai. Apart from that, everything here is perfect: you have your private car parking spot under the basement, free access to the swimming pool, the tennis court and the Gymnasium, the security service 24/7 and also the maid service once a week. This particular building is located in a perfect position: at the very beginning of JBR, in Marina district, that make really easy to access the JBR trendy "The Walk", as well as the incredible "Marina Walk".
