We stayed in Legacy for almost two weeks, the one bedroom apartment is quite good enough to stay, we had some challenges regarding the cleanliness of room and the towels. Wifi connection is terrible,i thought i could saved my mobile data during the stay but never happened,connection was so slow and its on/off. For the staff, the lady reception is always smiling and the housekeeping staff is polite.the good thing in this hotel is they allow us to have a late check out until 3pm! I recommend this place if you want stay near in the metro rail.

Are reception know what is ser....

I have been stay in the hotel 3-4 times already. One reason is I always got the good offer from booking.com and it s very accessible to Metro station. The room is acceptable although room and furnitures look old TV channels sometime is lost and less but in the room still comfortable. One point that I really don t like and disappointed is reception staff because since I stay here from the first time until last stay I never see their smile. This is not joke!! They are not smile even they smile but did not smile from heart! Sometime they made me feel like they work in this hotel because they have no choice!! Someone may be good but I always met the same person when I checked in. Last time was happened yesterday I went for checking in which is me and my partner booked for 1 night but the thing is I don t have my ID and passport because it was with Immigration. I tried to ask for exemption on this matter again for yesterday due to last time I have got this exeption already and they have my history already in Vicas system. I totally understand about policy which is not allowed and it s not the hotel’s fault if they will not check me into hotel. My point is the filipinno ladie who encounter with us yesterday is terrible in the way she talked with us. First, She is not smile nothing feel warm welcome (as usaul for this hotel) Second, She remembered us actually and the time she remembered us after I informed about my condition she shown some emotion and attitude which is not made the guest feel good. She explained bla bla bla nicely like she tried to be nice but the way she talked and look as me like i m not a guest but like visitor or someone who came to ask for a free room. No word for apologize that she can not accomodate us this time only she said that I already informed last time and checking in the system then told that you can cancel your booking (Which is the meaning like you just go out from hotel please) and left us like that no eye contact at all. However, I did not angry or dissatisfied that she not check in for us as I told I understand well but this review tell about she has so many way to inform and she should keep emotional and attitude inside coz it s like we are bother her or we are look ediot in front of her. In line with this, I know the hotel open long time but you should train staff for the srvice mind and how to smile. They are helpful when request something but bosy language is important as well. I always saw 1staff or 2 staffs per shift as always I can understand if they are busy but as a hotellier and you work in hospitality you can not give an excuse that you are so busy that why ur service was under standard. One more thing. I hope this message will reach the management or the one who responsible about this. You have so many competitor around your area which is new opening and the price are not higher much than you and I am able to pay. You might not care about my comment coz I stay 3-4 times with 1 night only and that s fine. For me yesterdy were last time that I visited your hotel. Will never come back again anymore even I have ID or passport already coz my partner he doesn’t want to stay with any reason anymore. Thanks!

Centrally located in the Al Ba....

Our 2 bedroom apartment was nicely furnished, with all amenities, daily housekeeping, helpful staff at the reception and housekeeping. We stayed for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Legacy Hotel Apartments. The attached photo taken from the rooftop shows the hotel's access to the metro approximately 150 metres away.

Couldn't ask for more!

There are many many options when it comes to apartment hotels in Dubai, this place has a lot to offer! When you search for amenities which the apartment has, many will say they have kitchens, washing machines, ovens etc. However after spending the past few months in and out of various hotel apartments I can say. They have these items, much like everyone else, but .... The equipment on offer is 100% better, the washing machine is new and can be worked by anyone, the kitchen is well equipped, the utensils are great. Legacy hotel apartments well surpass what your expecting and the rates are amazing. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I must say these apartments are legit and have everything one could want. They're great.

Terrible , way better option i....

We needed a place to stay until moving to our rental property we have stayed 2 months. The place is extremely old and not taken care of, the AC was not clean from years to say the least. I wont advice the swimming pool either, unless wearing a full covered gear ....feet and gloves included ( even ...) The gym smell and equipment are just a joke. There is a real lack of management in this place and they are just taking advantage of the closeness of the metro link next door. Which is in total honestly the only positive side I can see. The pictures provided were probably accurate in 1997....but 20 years later.... For the same price there is some really nice places at The greens in Skai residency just as an example.....
