Amazing resort for a vacation
If you had been looking for everything under one roof then this is the place. Huge property , beautifully maintained, and lovely rooms , there are multiple builidngs all overlooking the huge pool. Kids pool is separate so one can really enjoy this property with family or friends.
Breakfast buffet is the best I had so far.
Though during breaskfast the restaurant is crowded but it's fun.plan at least 2-3 days as the Dubai park is a great place and 2 days is needed to explore this property.

Great value for money!
Have been visiting Dubai for over 15 years and normally stay at the Royal Meridien Beach Resort but due to the fact that this hotel is now surrounded by noisey nightclubs we decided to try somewhere a little quieter. We decided on the Lapita due to the fact that the adjacent parks would be ideal for our grandson. We were a little dubious when we booked as the package by Dubai standards was incredibly cheap. For a week's stay which included flights, airport transfers, half-board and unlimited park tickets with fast track access we paid less than £750pp. The hotel is based on a Polynesian theme and I have to say that we need not have worried as we had a fantastic stay. I had read some negative reviews prior to our stay and I can see that if the hotel was busy many of the comments would be justified with regard to the restaurant. But for our stay the hotel had less than 20% occupancy according to staff members so the restaurant and pools were never that busy, although we did have one evening where conference delegates were in the restaurant and it was chaos. But down to business, what was my overall opinion of this hotel? The pro's were: The rooms are a good size with a balcony or patio, spotlessly clean, house keeping & reception staff friendly and efficient, good breakfast & evening meal choices, free tickets to nearby Legoland, Legoland Water Park, Motionland & Bollywood parks and free golf buggy service to and from the park entrances. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet but remember that there weren't many guests there during our stay. The cons were: To be honest I can't really think of any. If I were to nitpick then maybe the fact that there were a few staff members who weren't quite up to speed and gave us a lot of duff information regarding the hotel services and facilities, but our problems were swiftly sorted out by Godfrey the Concierge and Hotel Manager Gabrielle. The only thing that I would say is that the hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the Marina area so it is in a quiet area so maybe bear that in mind if you want to be near restaurants and nightlife. Now for the big question, would I recommend this hotel? Most definitely, when it comes to value for money then you would struggle to beat this hotel!

Great place for family vaction
My family enjoyed staying at this hotel, the hotel offers luxurious rooms and just a few steps to the Dubai Parks & Resorts where LEGO Land, River Land, Bollywood, Motion Gate and Lego Water Park. It is a great place for family vacation for those visiting Dubai Parks & Resorts but not during the summer... Bothe breakfast and Friday Brunch were sooo generous.

Amazing family hotel
Wow. What a hotel and amazing staff. After spending 4 days at the crazy busy Atlantis the palm we welcomed the peaceful ness and serenity of Lapita. The room was luxurious and immaculately clean. We left a huge tip for the cleaners as hey did such a good job. The fact that you could walk to moriongate was a bonus and entry free if you were staying at the hotel, which helped with the budget. We spent the day sunbathing by the main pool and had amazing food and amongst the best waiter service we have ever experienced in the world, as well as being the friendliest. We have to give a special mention to Akhilesh Kumar and Hoi who went out of their way to give us top notch service. They were so friendly and hard working and they couldn’t do enough for us. They were wonderful with our 8 year old daughter too. They both made our holiday experience a very special one. We will definitely be going back to this hotel in the future. Thank you all so much.

Myself and Ten year old Son.
This was the third time i have spent a two day break with my little boy and frankly the most disappointing.Where previously the room came with tickets to the parks, this time it gave limited access Where previously you received the Queue quick privilege this had been removed as well as only having park access for two days i had to pay additionally for the third this time. The hotel advised this was the parks new policy in fairness however it has removed much of the need to stay as i live in Dubai.Putting this to one side i also found the main restaurant overpriced and the food disappointing As an example my son ordered Satay and sticky rice. When delivered it consisted of 2 satay sticks and a bowl of plain rice at a cost of 85 AED , when i asked about sticky rice the response was'' we have none''.
