Intercity apartment hotel is located in the center of Barsha heights with easy access to all facilties. Rooms are very spacious and the staff are polite and helpful. The decor is contemporary and elegant. Prices are good on budget. Nearby massage facilities are in ample. If you are a single traveller then you will not be disappointed since plenty on offer. Overall very nice hotel. Would return back.

Lived here as a permanent resident before the name was changed. Awoke one morning to be told we had 14days to move out as the place was changing to hotel apartments which would take 4 weeks. As we didn't have a choice we took on an apartment in Tecom for 4 weeks and were also told by the manager in Rania we could leave some of our furniture in one of the locked rooms for when we returned.
3 and a half weeks passed without any correspondence from the manager or any other staff from the building so we phoned to find out what day we could move back in. We were told the place was not going to be ready as they had not fitted the correct locks on the doors so it would be another 4 weeks and assured us that this would be a definite. Again 3 and a half weeks passed with no correspondence. We contacted them again and there was no answer from any staff. We went to the building which was deserted and continued to try contact the staff but eventually we were forced to take another apartment as our time at the hotel was running out.
Once we were settled into our apartment we made frequent visits to collect our furniture but no staff were around only builders. Eventually when we did manage to find the manager she told us that she did not say we could keep our furniture there and that our furniture had been thrown out with the rest of the buildings furniture. After searching the building the only piece of furniture left she could find was a dresser which had been scratched and damaged. They lost 1500 dhs worth of furniture which did not belong to them and blamed us for leaving it there even though we were told we could keep it in storage.
You could not pay me to stay at this hotel. I'd advise anyone who does stay here to keep hold of there belongings at all times and keep them safe.
