One relaxing night with family
Stayed in the hotel for 1 day with my family and I could say it's a very relaxing experience. The room is nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and tasty.

overall its good... really clean and nice... the staff accepted our request about late check out as we checked in midnight..
room is a bit small but a family of 2 adults and 2 child can smoothly stay in 2 twin beds...overall good

Well, what can I say? Good val....
Overall we had a nice stay. Got upgraded and had lots of space in our suite. The standard rooms are a bit small, but nice and well maintained and clean. The reception staff is very nice and helpful, happily answering all tourist-questions they are confronted.
The BUT came up at the breakfast. The service is extremly poor. The floors, tables and chairs were dirty on both days. Ordering a capuccino seams like an insult to the headwaiter who was only interested in setting his indian fellows on good tables.
The buffet was quiete dirty and after we saw guest putting back food leftovers from their plates to the buffet our breakfast was over and we lost our appetite.
Nevertheless the fruits were not eatable, the toaster and bread baskets were as dirty as can be and the cups of capuccino that we received were not really usable.
Up on the rooftop the pool deck was nice but not well maintained. Dust and dirt in the corners and if you look down you see extremly dirty balconies and trashed christmas-decoration forgotten in rotten corners. The pool-man is eager to collect his towels, but if you ask him to open a sun umbrella he will do it under protest only......
Our resume: If the restaurant and pool decke were cleaner and well maintaned we would definetly have enjoyed the trip more. Overall it was a good value but could even be better as you have the manpower but dont use it.

Room not ready on time. Room not prepared as per the. booking, pool area looking very tired, parking not allowed out front but no signage to suggest parking underground until after going inside hotel.
