Hello. The property location is at or very close to various centre of attractions. Metro and mall is connected. For vegetarians, lots of restaurants are there nearby. Property food at cafe 302 is ok, expected more variety of food. Hygiene and safety standards well maintained.

Not a 4 Star hotel, breakfast was not at all good.

Pros: - massive rooms, great balconies, nice view (picture attached) - well equipped - great location the fact that it’s attached to a mall and a metro station, makes it a little easier to get around. Cons: - toiletries provided should be better. - hotel seems a little understaffed. Room cleaning took time and linens were not changed. - gym could use a little more equipment, but it is good enough. All in all, this is always my hotel of choice to stay in dubai. Massive rooms and great location. Staff is nice. Would definitely recommend for business or family travellers.

Came to dubai on a business trip, chose burjuman arjaan to stay as i had stayed there before, good location, good property, spacious rooms, food is average.

It’s located centrally, well connected with metro , the single suite is also huge with one big drawing and one bedroom and one bathroom, a small kitchenette at entrance with washing machine and refrigerator, just the sofas and carpet have gone a lil old with small stains , otherwise rest is just perfect , opt for room with balcony to enjoy the view, the room service is good , with decent non spicy meals they even have jain meals options. Sara at the reception was really great and helpful all the time ,tinka at concierge was very sweet and helpful too .. the best is from hotel u go straight to the mall , after our checkout at 2 we had a flight at 10:45 , so in mall we went and watched movie. Everything is convenient u can order zomato also there is store for your daily needs food bread detergent ( there is washing machine in room) and he delivers to your room

Stayed at burjuman arjaan for 4 nights and i don’t have much to complain about. The staff is super friendly and nice with the rooms being very big in size. Gym is a functional one and one can manage a basic workout routine. The only complain i have is that some portions of the room feel a bit worn out and needs some improvement. Will stay at the same place once back in dubai.

Location is excellent, hotel hygienic, interiors, cleanliness is good. The entire team from front office to support staff is prompt and polite. In short, value for money experience

Amazing location, very well connected to all areas. The property is part of a mall, so can explore the food court if you want to. Many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, carrefour at walkable distance, so is centrepoint. Good n spacious rooms, well kept n neat. Front desk staff’s behaviour was not so great, she was at times rude. Breakfast was decent, but otherwise a good stay. Value for money.

Location was good near metro station, mall. Rooms were spacious and clean but what disappointing was it’s breakfast, the menu for vegetarians were not at all good. Preparations were also not up to the mark.
