Review Of Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi

We had a great stay in abudhabi. Everything from room to house keeping , to breakfast everything was amazing. Location and easy access to city made our stay pleasant and enjoyable

Hotel location is at very crowded place but very close to many restaurants and near to LULU hypermarket and shopping mall. Repeated breakfast menu everyday but our request to change the menu is considered for 01 day and then again same repeated. The worst part is room service first day we asked for tea they told not avaialble and cancelled. Second day ordered hot chocolate but told chocolate not avaialble in hotel so cancelled request.

Receptionist pauline is an asset to this hotel. She is one of the best receptionists i have ever seen. Treating the guest in a professional way, easy to speak. Attention to detail. One of the best staff of this hotel.

-the washroom door wasn’t closing -netflix was not working had no entertainment -late response from reception

Could be better. Was better last time. Poor in terms of supplies of towels, tea-coffee. etc. Good breakfast, better than last time, especially ambiance.

It’s a good business hotel in near to abu dhabi bus station, has restaurants around and madinat zayat complex with lulu in just 150 meters away. We had a good pleasant stay i have stayed in this property in 2011 and must say everything is just fresh and new.
