Good stay, might need to have better beds but overall a good experience and having parking helps for us.

The hotel room and bathroom were excellent. Breakfast was superb and location is also really good where lot of people stays. Highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Since renovation works are going on the hotel looked quite different from what was displayed in the site! Also restaurant did not have even curd/yoghurt for my son! Overall it was an average stay

Room Ac stops working in middle of the night and most terrible was the room telephone doesn't work in case any emergency. the person will be die am sure I went down to report all got room change with late checkout that was appreciated to fo Team. there is renovation work going on and it disturbs morning a lot till I leav the room. there is message was forwarded. to guest on checking in and not even message in room upon this person who was cleaning is 3rd floor he is the only 1 person. I missed my hotel booking, i didnt even get a reminder. When i get in the hotel staff are not friendly and helpful at all so I have to do a new booking

Good staff from reception to kitchen.. Brakefast is good.. Location is center of abudhabi..gym room is average.. Swimming pool is OK..

I was in Abu Dhabi for a conference at ADNEC. This hotel is just a few minutes walk from the ADNEC. Its location is ideal for tourists and for business travelers. Rooms are clean and spacious with good amenities. I found this hotel value for money. I booked my room with breakfast which was an awesome decision. Quality of breakfast is great. Staff is English speaking and friendly. In all I found my five days stay here as memorable.

Neat and clean with friendly staff. Indian dish in breakfast makes it easy for Indians. Good location.

Room was good but couldn't sleep properly due to drilling sound from next room.They don't care about the guest who's sleeping in the next room and we checked out around 9:30AM😤

breakfast options were very poor and the staff in the restaurant were not very friendly. They provide dental kit only after asking. Gym facilities were very very poor. The location where the hotel is located is a great. But the breakfast options were very poor. Inspite of paying so much for thr food, they provide very basic items. Even cut fruits were had very less options. The water in the restroom was yellow in colour.

Not a good experience though, Hotel entrance is confusing and only one valet cum concierge was available at the time of arrival. Receptionist to check in was not welcoming or accommodating. I never had this experience in any hotel where she was arguing that only 2 kids are allowed in a room whereas they says kids under 12 stay free. However, her colleague said it is not an issue and she had to check in us with a dialogue that she is doing this time as exception (not going there anymore). Even she said breakfast was not included for 3rd kid (that is understood, in other hotels they charge and explain it in detail) but not even mention about extra charge (we complied her) . Bathroom was stinky. There was towels for all. Room was okay for one night! Breakfast is normal, nothing special!

The property is away from the city but at a good location. Taxis are available for travel near hotel. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Shuttle service is not very good as return timing from yas island are not aligned with closure timing of activities at yas island. Also, shuttle drops at Ferrari and further travel needs to be done in a taxi or yas express bus. Overall I recommend this hotel for stay but I would rate the shuttle service as very poor.

We had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Capital Centre. The hotel provided excellent value for money, and the service was top-notch. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I had booked this room near to the Zayed sports stadium because I was attending the cold play concert and it was at walkable distance, the rooms were clean polite staff and they also allowed us to keep our luggage in their cloak room , we had lots of luggage’s it’s in a clam location with a costa cafe below to chill and enjoy the city views .

I found my Hotels through Make My Trip and I got it in a cheap rate.The stay was very pleasant and really happy .
