Good hotel, value for money
Very good hotel with a quick professional service. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Hotel takes a security deposit but returned promptly on check-out.
Room was very comfortable. Ideal location right at Madinat Zayed shopping complex. Lots of shopping options and eateries around.

Very unprofessional receptionist and more unprofessional liar who is so called night manager they didn't have wifi while all staff admitting after checking you in but he wanted to prove my phone need a technician. He played stupid as one of the staff admitted no wifi connection. I wonder how, where and what paragon hotel saw in such unprofessional liar and does he even knows what's the definition of management /manager.? **

Find somewhere else if you can
We were staying for the Grand Prix so knew hotels were super high in value over this time. The cheapest (and the best of the worst of the photos we would entertain staying in) we could get was at AED760 ie £150 per night. No breakfast included in this. This at any other time is normally £35+ a night. Whilst I appreciate this is a time to take advantage of us, it is scandalous for this price.
The seats in the room whilst large and looked comfy, were marked with drinks/damp, don’t know what, so did not venture to sit in them. The décor is so old and dismal. Thank goodness we arrived late at night and left first thing in the morning. Furniture dark and heavy, carpet with lots of design (perhaps to cover up all the marks). Bathroom was basic, had to jump in the bath to have a shower but it worked ok. The little bin was covered in rust. Just wanted to get in and out as quickly as we could.
Shame as the room size is good, they just all need modernizing then they can charge more and would be happy to pay it. Best thing about it was the 2 ladies on reception when we arrived late at night, one was called ‘Lovely’, sorry forgot the other ladies name and ‘Lovely’ was there again to check us out in the morning. Would not return if possible.

Worst hotel ever
I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life.
Because of ADIPEC most of the hotels in Abu Dhabi were fully booked and the ones that had rooms available were ridiculously overpriced (which i understand). This hotel claims to be 3* hotel but I would give it half a star if even that.
The room was dirty. It looked like the bathroom had not been cleaned and there was barely any toilet paper. I tried calling reception about 15 times but no one picked up the phone.
The room itself was worn down and smelled awful. There was no hairdryer and I called reception for one. They sent me one that didnt work and after I called again I got another one that didn't work.
The breakfast cost 55DHS and all there was was instant coffee and stale bread with a few sausages and mushrooms that tasted like they hadn't been cleaned.
The WIFI in the room is awful. It only worked when I stood by the door. No where else in the room.
I paid about 750DHS for the room for one night. So not worth it! I hope I never have to step my foot in this hotel again.

Paragon's location is fantasti....
Paragon's location is fantastic - very easy walking distance to Madinat Zayed Shopping Center. The best place in Abu Dhabi to buy authentic perfumes and gold jewelry with the best prices in total safety. There is also the Lulu supermarket for buying fresh food, fruits and milk. The hotel is good value for money.
