We had booked full sea view room but the hotel had given us partial sea view room, we had paid 100% advance, so we couldnt argue with them much as they told us they dont have any other room to provide us.

We were cheated for booking, booked 2 sea view rooms and after reaching hotel they gave us side view and told us mmt has booked through agoda and paid lesser amount. Kindly refund my 15 euros per room per day making it 45 euros per room as we stayed for 3 days and for 2 rooms its 90 euros, had written mail to authority and didn't get any response. I am the prime user of mmt from years now. Kindly take immediate strict action and refund the extra amount charged to us. Regards dr garg
