With all facilities at the finger tip, micro oven, washing machine and refrigerator and and all other amenities and comfortable stay made it a wonderful experience

I had a concerning experience with the room security during my stay. It was quite astonishing to discover that the key provided by the hotel had the capability to open anyone’s room. This major security flaw left me feeling extremely uneasy and compromised the safety and privacy of my stay. Upon realizing this issue, i immediately approached the reception to express my concern and seek a resolution. However, the response i received from the reception staff was disheartening. They simply brushed off my concern, stating that all the keys at the hotel were designed in such a way, leaving no room for reassurance or corrective action. Their indifferent attitude towards the matter further added to my disappointment. As a guest, i believe that security and privacy are paramount considerations when choosing a hotel. Such a fundamental lapse in room security is not only unacceptable but also raises serious questions about the hotel’s commitment to guest safety. It is essential for a hotel to prioritize the well-being and peace of mind of its guests. I sincerely hope that this hotel takes immediate steps to address this security issue and implements measures to ensure the safety and privacy of its guests. It is crucial for them to reevaluate their key system and invest in reliable security mechanisms of their customers. While my overall experience at the hotel may have been satisfactory in other aspects, the lack of room security and the dismissive response from the staff have significantly marred my impression. I hope that by sharing my feedback, it will prompt the necessary improvements and prevent future guests from encountering similar concerns. Please note that i share this review with the intention of constructive criticism, aiming to create awareness and encourage the hotel management to address the security issues promptly.

Everything is on an average. It's not much more better or not much bad. Location is not good.

The most good aspect about the hotel is it's location. 10 mins walk from the metro station. Many restaurants are located near by. Nice and well maintained property. Hygiene maintenance good. Breakfast was included in our package. In breakfast buffet food options were less, this can be improved little bit. Food is costly. Overall nice experience for me.

When we reached the hotel-it was under renovation and we were given a room in the hotel just besides it named kingston, although the room was big, had a living room and jacuzzi but amenities like gym and pool were not provided as the hotel royal president was under renovation. I am surprised how they can accept bookings.

To start with, the room is not as clean as it should be. The standard amenities are missing. The ac vents had water leaking from them. The room is not even sound proof, can hear even a small drizzle with water thumping sound.

Very pleased stat at this hotel. Extraordinary room anyone would love stay at this place.

I forgot the silver coin in the locker of the Hotel room, if I knew about India, then I called the Hotel, when the Hotel staff went and checked the room locker, he got the silver coin. Mr. Sam Hotel staff is very honest men. Good Hotel, good room

Very poor quality rooms, staff at the reception is too rude. They don't even provide toothbrushes. Don't book.

Hotel rooms were good. Stayed there for 3 nights and it was mostly comfortable. In house dining doesn't have many options for vegetarians and particularly Indians. Breakfast too had little veg options. However the Hotel is located near to Indian restaurants which are 10min walk distance away. Hotel also provides free shuttle service one way to any of the nearby BTS stations which is a very good service. The concierge desk also provides transport options at genuine prices. Had a decent stay at this Hotel!

Hotel was pretty good, and the best thing about the hotel is that it is very centrally located.

My experience with Royal President was good. The quality of the room justified the amount that was paid for it.

In King size bed the bed mattress are in 2 piece cause of joint gap were over there in between of the bed, which was very pathetic. One more thing I observed the hotel staff treatment is not in favor of the customer if the booked hotel online.
