Staff is very rude for Indians, I did not smoke but they charge 500 bath on me, Before 12:00 PM They Want Check Out After 300 bath for one hours

It was so bad. This hotel is a scam. It’s a shitty hostel room situation though situated in a very strategic location. I had booked it for 4 days and checked out after one night. Please don’t book this hotel

It was a comfortable experience. Don’t forget to book the “city view” room or else you’re stuck with looking into a wall. Not a lot of ventilation. The staff is polite & warm. However, the property is very well located to the shopping malls. Approx 10-20min by cab. And walking distance to china town.

Really good view. We took city view. Walkable to metro. Staff help with arranging cabs too. China town is walkable which is a plus. Pool is nice! overall very happy.

We have now stayed in this hotel on several of our trips to thailand. It has never disappointed. Everything about this hotel feels luxurious! from the welcome drinks, to the service, even to the bed linen! the buffet breakfast is particularly spectacular. It's is within easy walking distance of the mart station, just a 5 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is ideally placed for catching your train from ha lamphong station as well as for travel around bangkok. Very close to the mart line, so travel is easy. The hotel is very good, good food, helpful staff and very well appointed rooms. We have used it several times and plan to do so again.

The hotel is located near the central metro station and hence has good accessibility. The buffet spread wasn’t much for breakfast, especially for vegetarians. The single bed rooms are spacious and with a view however the twin rooms are smaller and without any windows. The room was clean and hygienic.

Hotel was clean but no staff to carry your luggage.

Dont think just go with this offer. A great ambience and service cleanliness.

Even though the room was vacant, didn't allowed early check inn. Kept me waiting for 2 hours.

We have stayed here for two days. Food is okay not great. Allowed for early check in. Can easily find the location. All visit places are near by. Okay for short stay at this price. Overall it's good.

No swimming pool, Hotel reception on 12th floor but not on ground floor, not a 4 star quality, its 3 star Hotel and no Indian food in breakfast, no VEGETARIAN food, overall not good and value for money.

For me the location is excellent! Food is great, specially breakfast! Connectivity to all Around City by taxi metro is good
