Review Of Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit

The hospitality was very bad. Even a glass of water if asked, was not served. The breakfast spread looked cold and not upto mark. Two days hardly could see fruits or anything. Last pieces were just there and asked to adjust.

Radisson staff was very cooperative and helpful. They attended to all our request. We needed cow milk for our 1.5 year old baby, they provided it as required. The highlight was the Indian breakfast and dinner at the restaurant Punjab Grill. It is right in middle of all the action and the surrounding is lovely.

It’s great experience and the spa Serivce in the room is really good. Indian Resturant adjacent to it and convenient to walk to Soi 11

The reception staff do not welcome as per our previous visits room service was very poor we have to remind them for any service

The food is good with good and spacious rooms. The location of the hotel is very good and easily accessible to multiple amenities. Had a wonderful stay at the property!

Good location they gave us a free upgrade best part of the hotel is the Indian restaurant.

The location is ideal. They provide shuttle to terminal 21 mall, which is nice if one wants to save time. The staff is pleasant- the doorman was so kind and helpful, that when we did not see him on last two days( probably his day off), we missed him. The rooms are spacious and good stay with family. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and skytrain and metro are close by

Hi i just had the great experience to stay at Raddisson Suites Bangkok. Staff is very much cooperative. I requested them to provide me the room at top floor and also give more time for checking out, for which they agreed without any issues. I recommend to stay here atleast whenever you visit bangkok.

Everything was perfect and our stay with kids was really comfortable and staff is so cooperative and good..we enjoyed our stay and relished their super amazing breakfast..thankyou

The hotel is located well near there skytrain station and is accessible to taxis and tuktuks all day.. The breakfast @ hotel, excellent! The staff were courteous and the room was well kept and very clean

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, Apple greeted us very well. She with her supervisor arranged for us early check-in. The rooms were very spacious

We took a 1 bed suite. They allowed us to check in early. Thanks to the front desk team for a smooth check in. The staff were very polite and helpful. They even helped to talk to cab drivers in local language to give the location address. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Sukhumvit Soi was a good location closer to a lot of restaurant and malls. The breakfast spread was good. They can add more vegetarian options.

they charged wrongly for a cigarette bud and did not listen at all I had to argue and had to fight for it

Everything is good, enjoyed my stay. They gave me early checkin at 8 am without any cost and staff are very helpful
