Nice Hotel, good staff, little bit more cleanliness required

For a Long flight wait at BKK, this Hotel seems like the best option. Though this is overpriced- but still I would recommend this one if one doesn't want to go for a immigration process to have a hotel for transit at BKK.

Very nice and recommendable place

Room was nice but toilet cistern was not working.

Good for short nap.

Hotel is good. Clean and secured. Behavior of staff is good

It served the purpose for taking a break for 6 hrs. One thing I didn't like is the constant noise of announcements happening outside, I could hear all of them as the rooms are not properly sound isolated.

There was no option online to add more hours other than the standard 6 hours. The charge for extra 2 hours was almost same as paying for 6 hours. The room was very average but the bathroom was very bad. The hot water was not there in the bathroom shower as it was very old model one. At least upgrade the bathroom. For the price we pay this is the least we expect.

On room service is good and nice planes view.
Cleaning people are talking making noise in the walkway. No WiFi charger points.

Hotel is good for transit stay. However, rates are slightly on higher side. Rooms are very neat and clean. Food served is good. The options for veg food are limited. Digital set-top box to be used for TV as clarity of TV channels is very bad.

If you are transiting through Suvarnabhumi Airport, most likely a longish layover, its a. Great option to catch up on few hours sleep. They give the room for 6 hour slots. Breakfast is reasonable. All in all, a good option to straighten your back.

People at the desk were lovely but the one at the food area could have been more welcoming. Cleanliness was good and so was the comfort. If the price could be a little cheaper guests would stay longer. Food was good too.
