Review Of I Residence Hotel Sathorn

The stay at i residence hotel was satisfactory, although the room was small. I stayed for two nights; however, on the second day, my room was not cleaned, and tea, coffee powder, and water bottles were not refilled. Additionally, there is no sizable restaurant nearby. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the residential area is pleasant.

The budget hotel for anyone who wants to be in the sathorn area in bangkok. I wouldn't say i liked the room service, otherwise, it is ok.

The room was neat and tidy, staff was friendly and warm. Food was good.

At the time of check-in, I had a problem. One of the front office staff name BOY. He is really mad, no professionalism in his behaviour and communication. He asked me to wait for 6 hours to check-in, once I started ask questions and insisting him to connect me to his manager then he kept his profile down. Rest of the staff are really polite, kind and helpful. Very center locality. Nice stay

It was good stay. And I usually prefer this hotel on my Bangkok every visit. Very peaceful location. Staff is really polite and helf in every manor. So many food option available near by hote but no indian food near by hotel

I stayed around 6 night and really was best experience and value for money I can say more than value for money, Staff is very friendly and location is approachable. Quite far from main business point like Silom not walkable distance and by taxi not far but traffic is main problem to reach there.

Helpful hotel staff. If there is any confusion with reservation,be patient,talk politely with the English speaking staff for help. They solved my problem without any additional charges. Very nice place to stay with family. 5 mins walk excellent street food joints. Train services are just walkable distance, sala deng Sky station,night markets 15 mins by walk. I would love to go back to this place on my next visit for sure.

I felt the hospitality is too poor, because some of staffs in this hotel are rude and helpless. But my overall experience with this hotel is good. I would recommend my friends and coligues to stay in this hotel as hotel is clean and comfortable.
