The indian food was not nice as it should be the indian bread is horrible but the staff was nicely comparable , the room was bot good as the bathroom was really bad of room no .9048 the bathtub was old and drainage system was not good!

Its is a Huge hotel , well maintained . pool view is good .breakfast menu is very diverse with thai ,continental and indian live counters . Situated close to major shopping areas like MBK , Paragon Siam, Platinum mall,central world and Prathunam Market

Good room with facilities, only check in Time 3 pm too late compared to other hotel 2 pm and check out time 11 am ,almost 2 hour less time for customer compare to other hotels. Service and food good

There were number of issues 1) Hotel didn’t provide with water glasses in the room 2) If asking for extra glasses they refused 3) We had taken all luggage with ourselves only while going to airport 4) Reply for any quiry was not satisfactory with their staff and so on

Extremely convinient and strategically located - 10 min walk to Indira Square and 20 min walk to Platinum Mall. Plethora of multi cuisine Indian Restaurants and food options at a 5 min. walk. Very comfortable and luxurious rooms. Bathrooms are well maintained and rooms are large. Food can use an upgrade - the breakfast buffet was the same the 4 days during our stay.
