Overall it's the best and is situated in the main street market which is very entertaining and whenever I come to Bangkok I will dedicate book this hotel. Food quality was also best. Moreover it is suitable for Indians too.

Bangkok stay

The stay was very convenient as it is located 10-15 minutes walk away from BTS stations on either side. Rooms are spacious and staff is very courteous. The street is fun from evening onwards and a lot of street food options as well.

Nice Hotel with Awesome garden and ambience. The staff behaviour is pretty good and they are down to earth, never ask for security deposit and we have a great stay there. I am loving it.

Poor Stay

The room did not have pest control done. There were 5-7 cockroaches in the room and the receptionist told us that they cannot do anything for the same. They instead handed us a Baygon spray for killing the cockroaches. The worst part was that cockroaches were roaming on the bed. Terrible experience. No hot water as well in the shower. When you call the reception, they tell you that someone will come to sort the problems but no one comes to resolve the issue. At night, there is no staff kept who can resolve your issues.

As the reception staff was not co operative.. even. room service is worst i called for water and earbuds to provide they not provided the same at last i have to buy some 7 eleven also they are connected with indra restaurant within the hotel the hotel is having tie up with them and while dinning there at the time of payment restaurant staffasked me whether you have received the coupon from hotel i said no. that also the hotel is not providing keeping that with themselves 10% discount voucher Receptio. staff she was very very rude girl there not all and all this mess created just becuase of her only

I did not like the stay there. There is no housekeeping at night time, which is pathetic. Food was good but I did not like the services. The housekeeping did not clean our room inspite of mentioning to clean the room at the door.

Good Stay

The location is absolutely bang in the center of the city with a mall right opposite and equidistant between both malls. Also, the options to drink, smoke, enjoy nightlife is great. It had a roof top pool which added to the overall charm. Not much of a looker from outside but totally worth it if you're considering a reasonable stay with friends for a night or so just to be close enough to the city attractions.

My recent stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout my visit, always ready with a smile. A highlight for me was the Indian food - while the options were a bit limited, the quality was genuinely good and flavorful. My room was spotlessly clean and very well- maintained, providing a comfortable and neat space to relax. The swimming pool was also a great feature, perfect for unwinding after a day out. I would highly recommend this hotel for its service and facilities
