I give book buffet breakfast but he not give the buffet breakfast.

Lots of insects in the room. Reception staff was not so helpful.

Too worst hotel I faced in my life, rats roaming around the lobby, cockroaches in bathroom and cupboards ugly, towel, beds too old, discolored, faded, horrible stay, sleepless nights, worst hospitality, horrible breakfast.

No service no a/c cooling and many more where not good

All rooms below suite category are bad, location is convenient for travellers

We had stayed from 12/11/2019 to 17/11/2019, the room was excellent, it was clean even the staffs were courteous but the breakfast served was not up to the mark. They only cater to the Indian market, they do not have other breakfast choice like american or even some Thai or Chinese dishes as compared to other hotels which I had stayed. In fact the breakfast at Woraburi is much better. Not comparing but in my opinion if ever I will stay here I would not pay for my breakfast.

It was a warm attending hotel with a very supportive staff.

Good but I suffered a lot in room. Because of a/c is not working properly I complained at reception but no body can take action

Hotel staff is very much friendly and they helps us very well. They are having indian restaurants in house which is good for indian traveller. Recommended for indian traveller.

Good hotel to stay indian restaurant inside hotel

Would never recommend to anyone, cockroaches everywhere, washbasin was clogged, bathroom were untidy, AC was full of noise. This place is pathetic to stay.

Staff are so nice hotel, room was upgraded to suite, it was easy to walk to bus stop, sky trains, shopping mall, street food and shopping area, on main street. only thing I never understood their check in and check out timings, they charge me for one extra night, never understood why? But still happy with the service, food staff, safety, room, etc. Can't complain will go back there again.

Nadia the manager and receptionist Nik gave excellent service with lots of warmth! Service and housekeeping was good.

It was awesome staying at this hotel. Staff was super friendly helpful and guided us for where all to go. It was all all good to stay at this hotel.
