I stayed at Ramada for one night. Although the room was satisfying I would have expected a mini fridge or a mini bar for the price I payed. Also the handling of the lights was very confusing and disappointing at times. The service was very unsatisfactory. As I came in, the receptionist who welcomed me, was very condescending and borderline rude. He spoke to me in sarcasm and looked at me in a condescending way. The bartender also spoke in a disrespectful way and didn't take my order straight away. When checking out with my fiancé the next morning, the receptionist, who was a different one this time, was talking about us to the receptionist on her left, hoping I wouldn't notice. Overall I really liked the room, though I would've expected more for the amount of money I payed. But the hotel staff where I stayed, in zurich, was horrible and completely unprofessional.
I would recommend for the zurich city Ramada to let go their staff and hire motivated and respectful workers. I don't want to be disrespected and patronized when I payed a big amount of money for my stay. They should just do their job properly without bringing any attitude into it.
