Luxury

Everything is luxury! The hotel has a good location, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the atmosphere of the hotel is really 5-star! The reception is very helpful, the breakfast is great, also the service. The best is the dinner at the restaurant - you can feel there the really 5-star service and quality of the food! Highly recommended!

SUBLIME HOTEL IN CHIC ST MORIT....

we were here with a group of BMW Club for a mountain and ski-experience. Location not really in town but direct acces to ski slopes, and very easy the ski accessories in the hotel, so no fuss and professional help at hand. You will be welcomed with a big smile from arrival till leaving, and the general manager Mr Konstantin is close to his guests as is the whole team with one aim to give the guests a feel home and assist them with professional help, as is concierge, gym and spa, gastronomy ( a Michelin star inhouse restaurant, pricy but really delicious), italian restaurant with excellent choice of tuscany wines and Masettos, ..In the morning a fantastic breakfast with fresh fruits, and juices, eggs chef...too much to eat... watch your calories/diet ! But strenght for a mountain day... There is a indoor casino where you can try your luck in the evening. You will get a personalised service. Very happy to experience 4 nights in this feel home hotel ! My wife was very happy with her facial treatment. The SPA with its extensive possibilities is a real must experience. All very clean. Outside the hotel there is also a nice bar/nightrestaurant LA BARACCA for après-ski and dancinglovers ! Fantastic holiday !

Decent luxury with world champ....

Suits are very nice certainly however, however just a bit simpler than I would expect in a grand hotel. But the spacious and cosy rooms with excellent sound isolation and cool service is really nice. But what makes it special is the variety and quality of breakfast! That is really worth visiting the place. If the meal is more important for you than the luxury feeling it's a great choice in St. Moritz. Spa is huge and very nice, certainly with all the little extras that makes the refreshing really pleasant.

5 Stars is not enough!!

I stayed at the Kempinski St Moritz for business and pleasure with my Wife. We had the time of our lives! The facilities were fantastic, but the exceptional staff made all the difference, from the Concierge to Housekeeping. Each day over 5 nights we saw the GM Konstantin at least twice a day and he would always greet us by name - this made us feel special. The Concierge, Laura and Kristijan, secured us last minute reservations effortlessly! One night Laura noticed I’d been sun burnt from skiing and when we returned from dinner there was face moisturizer in our room! The breakfast team was phenomenal. The Chefs remembered how we took our eggs, the host remembered our room number, and the servers were kind and welcoming. The standout from this finally orchestrated team was Cornelius, the Concierge. His smile was contagious and warm. He genuinely cared of our well being each day and made us feel at home. Thank you! - Bobby G.

disgracefull

We had a romantic break booked without children, unfortunately my son who is 7 had a burst appexdix 2 days before travel. Even in that situation we called the hotel to say we would not be coming. The day of arrival we had a call to say where are you, my husband yet again explained and we were told well you will still have to pay. My husband replied if you bother to check your records you will see that I already have!! The reply was so when are you coming? My husband replied we are not coming at all we are waiting to see if our son will die or not!! I phoned to complain and nobody was concerned at all!! How dare you chase for money we have already paid when I am more worried about the life of my 7 year old child. We were going to re-book but there is no way now!!! What a heartless hotel, even when we had paid them.
