Terrible Stay

Booked sea est a hotel from 30th sep -1st oct paid 1700rs for the booking, but when i called up hotel for check in owner told that hotel is closed because of some renovation and construction and instructed cancel the booking as hotel was not available. But refund of this is initaited still from make my trip. I want my refund as soon as possible
