Horrible experience dont book this hotel

coupleI had done booking more than a month ago and on the day of checkin when we reached there they denied booking and said they don't even use makemytrip. After half an hour calling to customer care hotel reception accepted that they have booking. They allowed us to checkin but room didn't even have bedsheet no toiletries, there was smell in room. No water was provided. Bathroom was dirty. Don't waste your money booking room in this hotel. They are habitual of allowing walkin check-ins only and don't care about customer at well. Also hotel doesn't suite for family travellers

Location of the hotel is very near to the airport but breakfast is not good. Cleanliness is not very good. Found 2 cockroaches and lot of mosquitoes n flies.
